Greg Averbuch serves as President of Summit Management Corporation which he founded in 1989. Averbuch began his real estate development career working on construction sites as a teenager and earning his real estate license at 16. In his early professional years, he worked for Crow-Terwilliger Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Following this role, he became a financial analyst for Trammel Crow Ventures in Dallas, Texas before relocating to Huntsville, Alabama as Vice President of Averbuch Enterprises. Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, Averbuch attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. Growing up around immediate and extended family members in the development business inspired him to pursue an education in real estate and finance. He has always had an interest in downtown re-development and the promotion of hospitality. “It’s a multi-faceted profession which is appealing as it involves elements of design and creativity, but also tangible aspects such as finance and building,” he says. Greg has been involved and served in leadership capacities with a number of organizations including: Board of Trustees for Harpeth Hall School - Nashville; President of the American Jewish Committee – Atlanta Region; Board of Trustees for the Temple, Atlanta, Georgia; Urban Land Institute member; President of Girls, Incorporated of Huntsville; Chamber of Commerce member; Huntsville Museum of Art; Board of Directors for Huntsville/Madison County Homebuilders’; and Leadership Huntsville/Madison County. Greg has also taken on advisory roles within various brand Franchise Advisory Committees. Now residing in Nashville, Tennessee, Greg is married with a daughter and son, and he enjoys spending time with family, as well as skiing, traveling, riding horses, fishing, hiking, canoeing, and playing tennis/pickleball.

Amy joined Summit Management Corporation in 2014 and performs a dual role involving a full spectrum of human resources acumen and office management responsibilities. She oversees payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance administration. The office management components consist of directing IT activities, purchasing requests, franchise operations activities, and brand management. Amy attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor of Human Sciences. She resides north of Atlanta with her husband and their two teenaged children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, anything outdoors, and particularly loves foodie adventures. Amy has been involved with Southeastern Guide Dogs and is an active member of the ALTA tennis community.

A proud Wake Forest University alumni, Andy is currently based in Nashville. He has three adult sons and enjoys traversing the country to meet up with them for various adventures.
